Mandy Brenner joins The Travel Academy as their lead Cruise Line and Travel Industry instructor. Mandy graduated from The Travel Academy in 2001 and has held a position as a leisure and group travel agent, cruise specialist, resolution specialist, and lead cruise supervisor. Her most recent role was for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line as a trainer, where she was responsible for implementing the development and delivery for the Certified Vacation Planning and Service Department for new-hire and existing employees.
Mandy holds a degree in business from the University of Phoenix- finishing with an emphasis in Hospitality Management. She enjoys volunteering abroad, as well as locally. She was awarded volunteer leader of the year for Girl Scouts of America, Outstanding Service Leader, and Presidents Award for help and support of Military Families. She’s a frequent attendee of the public speaking club, Toastmaster International. Combined with her passion for the travel industry, and excitement to help enhance the professional lives of our students through learning, she is a great addition to our team!
