Allison Nawracaj holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Hamline University and a Master’s Degree in Leadership & Management. Previously, Allison worked at AirTran Airways in Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport as a Customer Service Ticket & Gate Agent. She was recognized for her excellence in customer service skills by the Vice President of Customer Service of AirTran Airways. She was responsible for checking in passengers and their luggage, as well as selling and issuing tickets. Allison is now the Assistant General Manager and Marketing Director. She brings unique experiences to The Travel Academy. Allison has always had a passion for the travel industry and continues to take that passion into assisting students with their goals.
Katelynn Hubbell is working on an Associate's Degree at Normandale Community College. She has over four years of excellent customer service experience and communication skills. She recently joined The Travel Academy and is now the Housing/Transportation Coordinator. She brings joyful experiences and a sense of home to The Travel Academy and to future students. Katelynn has found a passion for the travel industry and continues to extend her desire to all students to help them succeed.
