-All tattoos must be covered when wearing professional dress attire. Many airlines require tattoos not be visible during the interview and during your employment. Many airlines vary in their requirements for covering or having tattoos.

-When applying for jobs it is essential to have your information accessible, especially when you get an interview. Bring your passport, drivers license, birth certificate, and social security card with you. These items are not required to attend The Travel Academy however, will assist you when applying for positions. If you do not currently have a passport, you can start the process by clicking here.
At The Travel Academy you will be creating, editing, storing, and sending many documents (résumés, cover letters, etc.). Due to network security, unfortunately we cannot allow outside storage devices such as USB drives (sometimes referred to as jump or flash drives) to be used.
However, luckily there is a solution: Google Drive- an excellent way to create, edit, store, and send documents. At the moment, you don’t need to do anything other than create a Google account- and if you are already a Gmail user, you’re all set! But if you’re not, click here and follow Google’s simple instructions.
Once in class, you will be taught how to effectively use this tool- but for now all we need you to do is create an account. Be sure you write down your login information.
