TRAVEL INDUSTRY UPDATE

Airline Reporting Corporation announced a record year in 2005 for travel agent airline sales; 70.5 Billion a 7% increase over 2004! Travel Industry looks strong in 2006, 84% of travel agents surveyed show reservations equal to or above same period last year. 30% Very Optimistic, 52.3% Fairly Optimistic, 13.8% neither optimistic nor pessimistic, 3.3% Fairly Pessimistic. Vacation.com, Host Agency & Travel Consortium anticipates signing up 1,000 Independent reps in 2006. Dick Knodt, CEO reports Vacation.com had a recording breaking year in 2005 and 2006 looks highly promising.

The 2005 Cruise Industry was up 5.67% and 2006 predications are at 4.5% increase. Caribbean Cruises topped international travel destination, Mexico 2nd (Rivera Maya, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta & Mexican Cruises), Hawaii ranked 3rd. Las Vegas was the top domestic destination for the 4th year in a row.
