The Travel Academy continues to lead in travel industry training - Flight Attendant and Airline Jobs continue to be in High Demand. Congratulations to Gretchen N. for being hired by Northwest Airlink – Mesaba Airlines as a Flight Attendant before she completed her 6 Week course! Also Congratulations to Karina V. for being hired by Lufthansa Airlines at the Philadelphia Airport!
Wednesday, February 18 The Travel Academy was visited by Mesa Air Group, again. Mesa Air Group hires Flight Attendants for Mesa Airlines, Delta Connection, United Express, US Airways Express, Hawaiian Airlines and Freedom Airlines. They conducted personal interviews for all interested Flight Attendant students/graduates. Lonnie from Mesa Air in charge of these interviews stated how impressed he was with them and they would be calling many back for final interviews! They were hiring Flight Attendants for 40 different bases in the US you could list your top 7 choices! You are not guaranteed your base.
Mesa Air Group’s next planed visit is the week of April 8th to coincide with our March training sessions graduation. When The Travel Academy has appropriate students graduating Mesa Air Group stated they plan to visit! This is addition to the 10 other airlines hiring Flight Attendants and/or visiting The Travel Academy to interview and hire Flight Attendants!
