Exciting Success Stories-Jobs-Sallie Mae loans Discontinuing May!
Our January classes recently graduated with more success stories and high reviews. Airline Industry continues to lead career opportunities. There are currently at least 10 airlines hiring flight attendants right now! There are also numerous other positions available in reservations and ticket/gate agents. Did you know if you work for the airlines you and your family receive Free Airline Tickets?
Travel industry projections indicate travel agent positions will be on the rise this fall. The Travel Academy is currently working with an Internet Travel company looking to hire 10 Internet Travel Agents in April. These positions will allow you to work from your home after on site orientation and familiarization.
Mesa Air Group will be back interviewing Flight Attendants for Delta Connection, US Airways, UA Airways, Hawaiian Airlines, Freedom Airlines and Mesa Air Wednesday, April 8. The Travel Academy has a very strong relationship with Mesa Air Group which stated they plan to attend every 2 months when classes are graduating.
In the last week we placed another student as a flight attendant before she graduated, 2 more students were hired as flight attendants within weeks of graduation, another recent graduate placed as a ticket/gate agent with American Airlines. In addition we placed another travel agent!
When you are asked "What have you done to prepare yourself for a Flight Attendant Career?" What are you going to say? The Airlines want to hear you attended The Travel Academy, you know your airport codes, FAR's, familiarized with security and CPR, and you are focused on safety while the passengers have a relaxed and enjoyable flight.

A traveler asked their travel agent how it was possible that their flight from Detroit left at 8:20 a.m. and arrived into Chicago at 8:33 a.m. He tried to explain time zones but she did not grasp the concept. Finally he stated the plane was very fast and she nodded her head and smiled.
